«ATOMEXPO 2010» Sponsor of forum official reception

The Forum Organizer undertakes to:

• Provide the company with the status of a Sponsor of the Forum Official Reception (hereinafter — the Sponsor).
• Place the company’s logo on the Forum’s website on «Forum Partners» section with a hyperlink to the Sponsor’s website.
• Place the logo and/or mention the Sponsor:
  • in Mass Media information kit;
  • in Forum outward and inner ads;
  • in Exhibition Official Catalogue in «Forum Sponsors» section with mentioning the status;
  • in exhibition invitation cards;
  • in Official Reception invitation cards;
  • in Congress publications within the frames of the Forum.
• Place 1/2-page advertisement in the Forum Official Catalogue.
• Distribute the company’s promotion materials at the Forum.
• Register 2 delegates for the Congress.
• Grant the opportunity to make presentation in frames of the Forum Official Reception Program.
• Grant the opportunity to brand the Official Reception venue.
• Provide the Sponsor with 10 invitation cards for the Forum Official Reception.
• Grant the opportunity to organize a press briefing in the Forum Press Center.
• Assist in organizing meetings with other participants of the Forum (on Sponsor’s request).

Option cost: 25,000 Euro
