Dear ATOMEXPO 2010 Congress Participant!

Thank you for the cooperation and, please, be reminded that «ATOMEXPO 2010» Congress will be held in June, 7–9, 2010 in Central Exhibition Hall «Manezh» at the address: 1 Manezhnaya sq., Moscow

The Congress will be held in parallel with the Exhibition «ATOMEXPO 2010» and all Congress participants will have free access to the Exhibition venue.

• Congress and Exhibition working hours: June, 7–9 from 10:00 till 18:00
• Congress Participants registration: June, 7–9 from 09:00 till 18:00 on Registration Desk
• Congress Plenary Session: June, 8 at 10:00
• Evening Reception will be held on June, 7 at 18:30.

A welcoming coffee-break will be served for the Congress Delegates on June, 7 from 9:00 till 10:00; coffee-breaks and lunches will be also served during the Congress days.

Please, be aware that all Congress participation fees must be paid in full by the time the Congress starts. Attendees who failed to pay the participation fee will be allowed to the Congress. The payment can be made on the registration day in the Forum Directorate.

After the registration, you will be issued a participant’s badge allowing you to pass all the Forum venues.Congress Delegate’s Briefcase with Congress papers will also be given to each Delegate on Registration Desk. To get a Congress Participant’s Badge, please, provide an ID or business card. Please, be sure to submit signed originals of the Application Agreement and Appendices to it as stamped and provided with banking information (on page 1), as well as get the Record and Invoice.
